Complete the Outcome

Disciple Path is full of useful tools, but the point isn’t just to finish the work. The point is to complete the outcome. Every chapter has one specific goal. The outcome is the point because that’s when you’ll put Jesus’ teachings into practice. So don’t move on to the next chapter until you’ve completed the outcome!

The goal of chapter 1 is to establish a meaningful rhythm of prayer.

Have you established a meaningful rhythm of prayer?

Prayer is about connection to Jesus. Do you feel more intimate with Jesus after intentionally practicing more regular prayer rhythms these past few weeks?

What changes have you made that you plan on continuing?

What would you want to communicate to someone else about prayer in the life of a Jesus follower? (Remember, the Disciple Path process is meant to help you disciple others as well.)

 Before you move on to chapter 2, discuss the outcome with your discipler. When you agree that the outcome is complete, you’re ready to move on to the next chapter.
