Congregational Vote For Council Nominees - 2025

Providence family, 
The Providence Church Council wishes to thank you for the many nominations you submitted for Deacon, Shepherding Elder and Executive Elder.  Over the past few weeks, we have contacted those nominated, answering any questions and discerning those who feel called to serve.
The next step in the process is to vote on those who desire to move on in the process.  We are asking you, the Providence family, to vote yes or no on each nominee. You may vote online using this LINK or by using the paper ballot found at the Information Center. The last date to vote is February 24. Nominees must receive an affirmative vote of 75% of the votes cast to move on to the next stage.
We are seeking 5 deacons, 2 shepherding elders and 3 executive elders. If, after the votes are tallied, we have more nominees than needed to fill the vacant slots, we will move to the next step --casting lots after the morning service on March 2.
The installation of officers will occur during the morning service on March 23.
