Body and Soul Yoga will benefit both your body and your soul. We use the basic physical aspects of yoga such as stretching, strengthening and breath work, while the focus of our meditation is on Jesus and His Word. This Saturday morning class is led by certified yoga instructor Becca Bishop and is open to all ability levels. You’ll love this chance to slow down, reflect, and do something good for your body. Invite a friend to check it out with you! Classes begin at 8:30 AM. Cost per session: $15 OR $5 drop-in fee.

Session 1: September 21 & 28, October 5 & 12
Session 2: October 26, November 2, 9, & 23

No registration required. Drop off payment on class day. If you have a yoga mat, please bring it. Extras will be available.
