Conversations with God – Prayer Guide

Prayer is more than words—it is opening our hearts to God, learning to depend on Him, and aligning our lives with His will. In our new preaching series “Conversations with God” (Lord’s Prayer: HC 116–129), we will walk together through the richness of the Lord’s Prayer, discovering how each phrase shapes our relationship with the Father.

Through messages like Hallowed be Your Name, Your Kingdom Come, Your Will Be Done on Earth as in Heaven, and Give Us Our Daily Bread, we will learn to seek God daily in trust and humility. Later in the series, we’ll reflect on God’s grace in Forgive Our Sins, His protection in Do Not Bring Us into a Time of Trial, Deliver Us from Evil, and His sovereignty in For the Kingdom, the Glory and the Power Are Yours.

Connect Groups 

God created us to be in community with others. If you’re looking to build deeper connections within our Providence family, Connect Groups might be just what you're looking for.

What are Connect Groups? These are short-term small groups that meet over a couple months to build friendships and talk about faith together. Groups will typically consist of around 5-12 people who are in a similar life stage. They’re a great way to explore if being in a long-term Life Group is the next step for you.
